Performance as a Service
$5,995 /month

Your next Black Friday is not a gamble. It's a number.

We know exactly how much traffic your system handles. What its breaking point is. How it behaves under real load. And we alert you if anything changes — before your users notice.

Your '99.9% uptime' is an estimate. You haven't measured it. You don't know how much traffic your system handles before it degrades, or whether the last deploy made things worse. Your team can run a load test — but no one has time to do it continuously. And a one-off test before a release doesn't count.

What our clients receive

Six concrete deliverables. One outcome: you always know exactly how your system is performing — and what to do about it.

1

You know exactly how much your system handles — measured, not estimated

We establish a measured baseline: real capacity (Max TPS), breaking point, reference latency (p50/p95/p99), reference error rate, and real uptime measured every minute. This baseline is your starting point. Everything we do after is measured against it.

Load test (baseline + stress + spike) Synthetic monitoring Uptime checks every 1 min Week 1 — then monthly
2

Your team finds out before your users — 24/7, every minute

From day 1, your system is monitored every minute. Health checks verify it's alive. Every 5 minutes, a synthetic test runs your critical flow (e.g., login → search → pay) and measures real latency and errors. If something degrades, we know before your users — and alert you via Slack.

3

If a deploy made performance worse, we know that week — not 3 months later

Every week we run Lighthouse against your critical pages. We track LCP, FID, CLS, TTI, bundle size, and Lighthouse score. If a deploy degraded your web performance, we detect it on the next scan — not 3 months later when SEO complains.

4

Every month you know if you can handle 2x, 5x, 10x your traffic — with numbers

Each month we run a complete evaluation: load test (baseline + stress + spike), update the breaking point, compare against the previous month, and assess whether your system supports projected growth. If you implemented our recommended fixes, we measure the real impact.

Full load test Capacity planning extrapolation Before/after delta analysis Monthly
5

Not generic recommendations — the exact fix, with estimated impact

Every finding comes with severity (P0–P3), affected component, data-backed evidence, quantified impact, and a concrete remediation action — including the SQL, the config, or the exact change. We don't say 'consider optimizing the database.' We say 'CREATE INDEX idx_x ON settlements(merchant_id, status, created_at DESC)' — with the expected improvement.

Real-time dashboards + reports that arrive without you asking

Your team has access to Grafana dashboards — uptime, latency, error rate, and web performance updated in real time. Every Monday you get a weekly report via Slack. Every month you get a full report (PDF) with trending, findings, and recommendations. Everything async — it arrives without you asking.

How it works

Kick-off 15 min video call

We align on priorities, understand your stack, define the endpoints and critical flows to monitor. Prefer async? Send a doc and we start.

Week 1: Baseline + monitoring activation

We run the first complete load test and activate uptime + synthetic monitoring 24/7. From this point, you have real data every minute.

Every Monday: Weekly report → Slack

Uptime, latency, errors, anomalies of the week, optimizations performed. Short format, actionable.

Every month: Full evaluation + report

Monthly load test + Lighthouse + capacity planning. Detailed PDF report with trending, findings, and roadmap.

Incidents: alert + call if needed same-day response

If monitoring detects degradation, we alert you via Slack with the data. If you need to talk, we schedule a 15-min call.

Performance Questions

What performance tools do you use?

We use profiling tools native to your stack — flame graphs, APM traces, browser DevTools, load testing with k6 or Gatling. We optimize with your existing toolchain, not by adding new vendors.

How do you measure impact?

Before-and-after benchmarks on the metrics that matter: p50/p95/p99 latency, throughput, error rates, Core Web Vitals. Every optimization ships with measured proof.

Will optimizations break existing functionality?

We don't ship changes without validation. Every optimization goes through your existing CI pipeline and is tested under realistic load before production. Zero surprises.

What results are realistic in the first month?

A full performance baseline, your top 3 bottlenecks identified and fixed, and a roadmap for the next 90 days. Most teams see 30–60% improvement on their worst endpoints in week two.

Do you need access to our production environment?

For load testing, we only need a target URL and agreed-upon test parameters. For synthetic monitoring, we hit your public endpoints externally. No production access, no SSH keys, no credentials.

Will load tests affect our production traffic?

We always test against staging or a dedicated environment first. For production load tests, we coordinate timing with your team and ramp traffic gradually. You approve every test before it runs.

What tools do you use?

k6 for load testing, Grafana for dashboards, Playwright for synthetic monitoring, Lighthouse CI for web performance. All open-source. If you cancel, every script, dashboard, and config stays with you.

Can I start with the one-time Performance Checkup instead?

Yes. The Checkup is a standalone 5-day engagement: capacity baseline, load test, performance audit, and an action plan. Many clients start here and upgrade to the subscription after seeing the first report.
